Assembly Line Stock Control
Management of the stock issued for jobs for specific products means we can configure a product to specify which components it consists of, for instance, specification of panel quantities, electronic components needed up to the number of fasteners required to assemble the finished product. Part of the assembly line modules includes assembly recording using scanners, testing modules for quality control purposes and quality inspection of the finished product to complete the assembly process and record quantity of the finished product in the warehouse. Exception notifications include low stock level alerts, out of stock reports, the wrong item scanned to a configured product. Reports include stock movement and exception reports.
