Contact forms and newsletter subscriptions

When you fill in a contact form or newsletter subscription, your personal and contact details are submitted to us. These details will only be used to make contact with you and provide you with information you have requested, or to deliver periodic newsletters to you.

If you submit a contact form or sign up for a newsletter, we retain that information indefinitely.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Analytics data is retained by Google for a period of 36 months.
