As 2025 draws to a close, we want to thank you for being part of our journey this year. It’s been a year of change, innovation, collaboration, and growth across Mitas and its entities. We’re excited to share some of the key developments that have shaped our
solutions – and a glimpse of what’s ahead in 2026.
New Solutions Launched in 2025
Production Monitoring Systems
Our new systems provide real-time visibility into production lines, enabling predictive maintenance, production analytics & reporting, and performance tracking. These tools are helping manufacturers reduce waste and improve throughput.
Vision Systems Upgrade
We introduced modular vision inspection systems that combine multiple inspection elements into a single unit. These systems offer high-speed, high-accuracy inspection for packaging lines, with low cost of ownership and easy maintainability.
Real-Time Visibility across the Value Chain
Virtual RouteZ, a newly linked entity, offers a value chain solution designed to provide end-to-end visibility, traceability, and ESG data management for supply chains. They enable the digitalisation and integration of entire value chains, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and transparency.
Automated Mobile Robotics
If you’re managing a warehouse, distribution centre, or micro-fulfilment hub, you know the pressure: faster delivery expectations, rising labour costs, and limited space. Our Automated Mobile Robotics (AMR) system is designed to streamline your parcel handling, reduce operational costs, and scale with your business. Whether you’re fulfilling thousands of orders a day or just starting to automate, our solution adapts to your needs.
Custom Software Solutions
Purpose built to work seamlessly with our production monitoring hardware, enabling real-time data collection, automated reporting, predictive maintenance alerts and integration with ERP and MES systems. Key features include custom dashboards, workflow automation, traceability, compliance and custom integration modules. Benefits include improved operational efficiency, reduced downtime, enhanced product quality, full traceability and scalable architecture.
Flexi-Care Support
FlexSupport is our prepaid, on-demand technical support program, designed for flexibility and cost efficiency. It covers:
- Remote and onsite support
- Preventive maintenance
- Software updates and training
- Diagnostics and risk assessment
With no rigid SLAs, FlexSupport empowers customers to manage their support needs proactively and affordably. Available in Gauteng and the Western Cape, with top-ups available.

Year-End Shutdown Dates
Please note that Mitas Corporation will be closed from December 19, 2025, to January 5, 2026. We encourage you to plan for any stock that will be needed during our shutdown period.
Please ensure your final orders are in before the dates mentioned below for completion this year:
- Customised Dies & Stamps** – 20 November 2025
- In-house Marking (depending on quantity and material) ** – 28 November 2025
- General Inventory & Consumables** – 17 December 2025
Looking Ahead to 2026
2026 is shaping up to be a year of continued strategic growth, deeper innovation, and stronger customer partnerships. Building on the momentum of 2025. There will be new product lines and solutions, as well as a strong push in the next phases of the Production
Management Systems.
